Long lasting and mutually beneficial client relationships are usually borne of shared priorities and the combined commitment to achieving them. Our team at Eurest Services was delighted to find that our work with Shell had been recognised at the third European FM Awards held in Amsterdam in June 2009 when we were awarded the Partners Across Borders Award.
The award category recognises excellence in delivering facilities management to an organisation located in more than one European country. The judges, from Norway, Spain and the UK, took into consideration the strength of the partnership between Compass’ Eurest Services and Shell and the joint commitment to achieving the client’s goals of health and safety excellence; consistent service quality, and sustainable cost reduction.
The project, started in 2007, has quickly grown and is now providing services in around 12 countries in Europe from a fully integrated multi-services solution in the UK to food and support services on platforms in the North Sea. Most recently we added new sites in their Mediterranean Cluster of Italy, Spain and Turkey, bringing the number of sites covered in Europe to 49, spanning global headquarter offices, research and development laboratories, refineries, remote gas plants and offshore platforms.
This award reflects the commitment and hard work of everyone in our team who works with Shell and the strength of the relationship we have built with them, firmly establishing our credentials as a leading global multi-services provider.
